Health and Wellness / MedSpa & Hydrotherapy
Initiate Vitality
A cold start, another agency's failed launch, and six months to $35K in monthly recurring revenue.
Project Overview
Health & Wellness, MedSpa & Hydrotherapy
Initiate Vitality came to us as a brand-new colonic hydrotherapy and MedSpa business seeking rapid, sustainable growth. The owner had initially hired another agency for website development and Google Ads, but saw zero market traction. After seeing the quality and impact of our social media management, he moved his entire digital marketing portfolio to us.
We took over paid acquisition, executed a dedicated content shoot to capture authentic photo and video assets, built a custom CRM pipeline, and deployed targeted Facebook and Google ad campaigns.
As the business expanded its service line to include Botox, fillers, microneedling, IV therapy, and peptide therapy, we scaled the digital infrastructure alongside it, taking the practice from $0 to $35,000 in monthly recurring revenue in six months while generating viral social reach.

The Challenges
A new practice, a failed launch, and empty appointment slots
Initiate Vitality was struggling to gain traction as a newly opened practice in a competitive wellness market. The business had already invested in another marketing provider for web design and search ads, but the setup failed to generate real customer inquiries or build brand awareness. Lacking a cohesive lead generation engine, proper CRM tracking, or high-quality media assets to showcase their unique service offerings, the practice could not fill its calendar. The founder also planned to expand quickly from specialized colonic hydrotherapy into a full-scope MedSpa, which meant he needed a partner who could build, launch, and optimize new service funnels without losing momentum.
A previous provider's website and search ads produced no real inquiries.
Nothing connected awareness to a booked appointment in any repeatable way.
Inquiries had nowhere to land, so follow-up depended on someone remembering.
Unusual treatments with nothing visual to explain or sell them.
A new practice in a competitive wellness market with no share of local demand.
New offerings arriving faster than most agencies can build funnels for them.
The Solutions
A high-velocity acquisition and retention engine
We rebuilt the website around local SEO and integrated a dedicated CRM to automate lead capture and follow-up, then went straight to demand: aggressive Facebook and Google campaigns aimed at high-intent local audiences.
As the menu grew, we built dedicated funnels, email sequences, and landing pages for injectables, microneedling, IV drips, and peptide therapy, with blogs and proactive reputation management running underneath.
Every new treatment shipped with a funnel already built for it.
Reworked from the previous provider's build and optimized for local search.
Automated lead capture and follow-up so no inquiry sits waiting.
A rich media library serving both organic platforms and paid ad creative.
Aggressive multi-channel acquisition targeted at local high-intent audiences.
Landing pages and email sequences for injectables, microneedling, IV, and peptides.
Ongoing content supporting search visibility across the growing service list.
Review generation and response to hold community trust through fast growth.
Why It Worked
Viral storytelling on top, one system underneath
Consolidating every service under one roof eliminated fragmented communication and let paid ads, social, email, and web funnels work in synergy instead of in parallel. That alone removed most of the lag that kills a fast launch.
Capturing original media during the content shoot demystified treatment processes that most people have never seen explained, which drove organic viral engagement and lowered paid ad costs across Meta and Google at the same time.
Routing all incoming ad traffic into a custom CRM let the team nurture leads instantly, maximizing conversion on both first appointments and high-ticket MedSpa packages. That foundation is what made it comfortable to add peptide therapy and injectables without rebuilding anything, taking the practice from a cold start to $35K per month in six months.
