My digital marketing journey began during the pandemic, back when I was still at my previous job. I noticed we really lacked a solid digital presence, so I took it upon myself to build one from the ground up and create a strategy to help us adapt to the new online world.
That experience lit a spark in me. I saw how much of a difference the right approach could make, and also how many businesses out there were missing that kind of support. So I started my own digital marketing agency, with a focus on offering hands-on, personalized service that makes clients feel truly supported every step of the way. I love working with healthcare and creative brands, home service businesses, and senior living facilities, helping them connect with their audience through thoughtful strategies that are as unique as they are.

We’re a collective of strategists, creatives, analysts, and tech lovers who thrive on turning bold ideas into measurable results. From brand builders to data lovers, each of us brings a unique edge to the table.
Collaborative, communicative, and refreshingly clear. You’ll always know who’s handling what, and we’ll never leave you guessing about next steps.
We’re a tight-knit core team that partners with trusted specialists when the project calls for it; always vetted, always aligned with our quality and values.
Very. You won’t get passed around. From kickoff to wrap-up (and beyond), we stay hands-on and highly engaged.
Absolutely. Every client gets a dedicated project manager to keep things organized, on track, and stress-free.
Yes! We believe consistency is key. From your project manager to your strategists and creatives, you’ll work with a core team that knows your brand inside out.
Ongoing learning is part of our DNA. From AI tools to algorithm shifts, we constantly test, tweak, and level up our skills so your marketing stays fresh.
With clear communication, accountability, and zero ego. We celebrate wins, learn from each other, and get things done (with a lot of Slack memes along the way).
As the owner of The Digital Sip, I’m the person who makes the big plans and makes sure our clients are always happy. I wear a lot of different hats every day, but my main job is to create a "map" for each business to help them succeed online. I also spend a lot of time talking to our partners to make sure they feel supported and that everything is running smoothly. Basically, I’m the leader who keeps the big ideas moving while making sure everyone we work with is in good hands.
It's not just digital marketing, it's connecting the dots between every piece of digital marketing that plays a role in growing a company with consistent new and recurring revenue.
Tanning by the pool, doing pilates, and trying all the new restaurants I can. Or you'll find me at a coffee shop, caffeine is my addiction!
I'm definitly great at putting together a good look, fashion is my passion! I also have a talent for cleaning, it's the neurotic side of me that I do indulge in.
I help make sure everything gets done from concept to execution. From day to day, I act as a bridge between all our team members and our clients to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks and we're all able to help each other succeed.
Every client is different, and they all bring their own visions to the table. Seeing their passion drives my own in my work.
Doing their best to build genuine connections with their communities! Aspirational content is great, but what audiences really want is to be inspired and feel seen.
If I'm not working, I'm reading, writing, watching a movie, finding new music to listen to, spending too much money on matcha, or going to vintage markets. I love overdressing for every occasion, even if the occasion is the grocery store.
I can find any clothing item or accessory in the known universe in peak condition for a steal on eBay.
I help all tasks get done from A to Z on a timely basis. My daily work has me touching base between our web developers, graphic designers, account coordinators, and clients.
I manage all things performance marketing, from paid social and Google Ads to retargeting funnels and audience testing. I also build, optimize, and automate client systems inside GoHighLevel to make sure the strategy runs smoothly behind the scenes. My goal is to connect the dots between strategy and results, so our clients don’t just show up online, they show up in the right place, at the right time, for the right people.
Watching businesses grow and knowing I played a part in it. It’s amazing what you can do from behind a screen with the right strategy and tools, and seeing the impacts of implementing those strategies is very rewarding.
I’m usually spending time with family, friends, and my cat or getting outside whenever I can. I love anything active or adventurous, and when I’m recharging, I’m probably curled up with a good (romantasy) book.
I’m a 4th degree black belt in karate. Been training since I was 5. It’s a big part of my life, and I still practice regularly (and sometimes teach classes, too).
I’m the web designer at The Digital Sip, and I’m responsible for designing and building all of our client websites. I create each site with a focus on clarity, usability, and real business goals and take a hands-on approach to every project, making sure each website is easy to navigate and easy to manage. My goal is to create websites that not only look polished and professional, but also help businesses connect with the right audience and convert visitors into leads.
I enjoy the mix of creativity and strategy. Digital marketing isn’t just about design but it’s about understanding people, behavior, and how to guide visitors in a clear, intuitive way.
Every brand should be building trust through their website by clearly showing their experience, expertise, and credibility. A well-structured, up-to-date website helps visitors and search engines understand who you are, what you do, and why you’re worth choosing.
When I’m not designing websites, I enjoy playing golf with my husband and spending time with friends over good food and drinks.
Painting, but unfortunately I’ve run out of both time and wall space.
I support our clients by managing content planning, blogs, emails, social calendars, photoshoot prep, and the behind-the-scenes details.
I love that digital marketing is always evolving and no two brands are the same. I especially enjoy taking big ideas and turning them into clear, structured plans. There’s something really satisfying about helping a brand show up confidently and consistently online.
Building trust before selling. People are overwhelmed with ads, so brands that educate, show personality, and communicate clearly stand out. Whether it’s through blogs, reviews, email, or social content, showing up authentically matters more than chasing every trend.
Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym, trying a new boba place, or baking cookies. I love spending time with friends and family, whether that’s doing something low-key or just hanging out and laughing.
I’m pretty good at cooking and tracking down new food spots. If there’s a good place to eat, I probably know about it or I’m on my way there. I fully believe food is better when it’s shared.
I help my clients grow by taking the guesswork out of their content. I handle everything from big picture strategy and social calendars to newsletters and emails.
My favorite part has to be giving life to a brand and brand owner from a simple vision to a full-blown identity.
You can find me cooking, creating content, watching TV shows, pretending I'm a barista at home, and rage-baiting my cats.
I'm really good at naming things. No, seriously. I can find the perfect name for anything- from a pet to a brand!
At The Digital Sip, I work as a graphic designer creating a wide range of visual assets, from social media graphics and flyers to brand identities and logos. I love turning ideas into visuals that feel authentic, strategic, and eye-catching. Helping brands come to life and watching them grow through thoughtful design is my favorite part of the job.
I love seeing businesses grow thanks to marketing and design that really connects with people. Helping brands reach their audience in a meaningful way and spark a real reaction, is what makes the work exciting. Plus, there’s nothing better than hearing how happy clients are once their project comes to life.
Staying on top of market trends and showing up consistently on social media. Brands that actively engage with their audience, through organic content, timely trends, and even the right memes, feel more human, more relevant, and far more memorable.
When I’m not working, I’m usually playing video games, watching series or movies, or getting lost in a good book. I love spending time with my wife and our puppy, listening to music or podcasts, and staying active by playing football or tennis with friends. And when there’s a match on, you’ll probably find me cheering on my favorite team, Independiente.
Music has always been a big part of my life, and I like to think it’s something I’m pretty good at. I play the euphonium in my church’s band, and it’s one of my favorite ways to disconnect from daily responsibilities. Playing music helps me slow down, reset, and enjoy a different kind of creativity, one that’s just for the love of it.
Samine (Personal assistant & snack provider to the Floof)
Never on camera, always nearby. Silently judging from the shadows with zero interest in small talk.
Snacks. If she can see the bottom of her bowl (even if there’s food around the edges) it’s a full-blown emergency.
Two minutes, max. She’d stare into the camera once, declare “this could’ve been an email,” and log off with zero guilt.
Anita (Main Food Dispenser with Acceptable Cuddle Skills)
Scotty is rarely spotted in the office unless food is involved or the outside temperature is offensively warm. Despite being classified as a “guard dog,” he prefers to nap peacefully while delivery drivers open the gate and drop packages at the front door, clearly confident that crime will simply respect his sleep schedule.
A Zoom call is the ultimate time to demand to come in or go out. The announcement? Loud scratching on the door.
Snacks and cuddles
He would technically be present, but he would miss every important deliverable because his brain would be entirely occupied by a rogue crumb on the client's desk.
Cristian (Head of Walks, Snacks & Logistics)
Loki takes his role very seriously, especially when it comes to snacks, naps, and keeping the team grounded. Known for his big appetite, sassy attitude, and occasional grumpy moods, he brings a strong sense of character to the office. While he may spend most of his day napping, he’s always on standby for morale checks, strategic side-eye, and sweet moments (on his terms). When he’s not supervising breaks, you’ll find him recharging for his next snack.
Loki may appear on camera unannounced, usually mid-nap or mid-stretch. He believes meetings should be kept short, snacks should be mandatory, and cameras are optional. While mostly silent, he’s known for offering strong opinions through side-eye and will leave the call the moment it stops being interesting.
Snacks, no matter the time of day. Loki believes all work can pause for treats and will happily remind the team if they forget.
The call would start on time, pause immediately for snacks, and end early for a nap. Loki wouldn’t say much, but his side-eye would do all the talking, and somehow, expectations would still be very clear.
